FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS ABOUT EQUIP

Why does it look so different?

It is largely from Kingdom Living Series by Ps Joshua and several other sources as a discipleship track that is then modernized and allowing greater emphasis for interactive discussion.

Student Guides have blanks for your CG members to fill up digitally or in print.

Teach 1st page, choose a discussion (A, B, C or D) to discuss on.

What happens to discussing Sunday Messages?

EQUIP will take place only 1x a year with 7 lessons, so while you are doing it, discussions will not be using the Sunday messages.

You can resume with discussion on Sunday messages once EQUIP is complete.

What is the A, B, C & D discussions?

These are discussions related to a specific Bible verse. Teach lesson on the first page, then choose either A or B or C or D. Read the Bible passage and discuss the questions.

If you feel the discussion is fruitful in your CG, move on to the next topic.

If you feel your CG needs more time on the subject, feel free to devote 2 care group sessions for A & B or C & D.

Why is important for CG to discuss EQUIP?

1. EQUIP is specially designed to go right to discipleship basics for every believer to have a refresh every year.

2. As a CG, deeper discussions can be held and interactive questions make way for a safe space that others may be too shy or too scared to ask.

3. It keeps everyone on the same page with the vision, being equipped with the thrusts of ministry in RLC.
